01What you are buying

Nonomint sells an advertising slot, which lets you publish one auto-generated nonogram puzzle. You can buy it with a wallet, where the slot is represented by an NFT minted to you, or with Telegram Stars inside our Telegram Mini App, where it is not. A slot is a product — not an investment or a security, and no resale value or return is promised.

02Payments and refunds

Buying a slot with a wallet is an on-chain transaction. Once it confirms, payment is final and cannot be reversed or refunded by anyone, including us.

A slot bought with Telegram Stars can be refunded any time before its puzzle is published — send /paysupport to our bot. Publishing completes the purchase: the puzzle is live and your original upload has been destroyed, and from that point the slot is no longer refundable.

03Review and publishing

Every submission is reviewed before it goes live. A temporary slot is shown in the main-page rotation for 30 days per purchased period, starting the day it is published; buying another period extends the window. We may reject or take down any puzzle that breaks the rules below.

04Your content and the license you grant

You keep ownership of what you submit and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your image, title, description, and link in order to run the service and show your published puzzle.

05Your responsibilities

You represent that you own or have the rights to everything you submit, that it is lawful, and that it infringes no one's rights. You are solely responsible for your link's destination and the text you publish.

06Prohibited content and removal

You may not submit content that is illegal; that sexualizes or endangers minors; that infringes others' rights; that distributes malware, phishing, or scams; or that is hateful, harassing, or deceptive. We may reject, remove, or delist any puzzle — including a "permanent" slot — that breaks these rules or that we otherwise judge harmful, without refund.

07No warranty

The service and the puzzles it generates are provided "as is" and best-effort, with no guarantee of availability, audience, or any particular result.

08Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from blockchain transactions, wallet or key compromise, or third-party links, services, or wallets.

09Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your link's destination, or your breach of these terms.
